RUSA Book and Media Awards Reception the highlight of MW2010
Book and reference lovers celebrated the best in reading, reference and reviewing at RUSA’s Midwinter Book and Media Awards Reception, which was held Sunday evening, Jan. 17, at the Intercontinental Boston.
The event features the culmination of months of work by RUSA members and subject matter experts to identify important and outstanding literature and works of reference, as well as honor colleagues for their contributions to the library reference, user services and readers advisory professions. All Midwinter Meeting participants were invited to the party, which featured a cash bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres and networking opportunities.
